Fleet Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our growing automotive showroom team. You will develop and manage corporate, SME and government fleet accounts, identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME and government clients.
• Generate new business while managing and growing existing fleet accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations to recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery, registration and after‑sales support with internal departments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline using CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and customer engagement activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in fleet sales, corporate sales, automotive sales or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long‑term customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer‑focused approach.
• Valid Bahraini/GCC driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems.
