Full‑Time Faculty Member – Management

About the role
The Faculty of Management will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, advise students, and support the department’s academic mission.
Key responsibilities
- Teach a range of management courses and prepare syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Advise students on course selection and career goals, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects or theses.
- Participate in curriculum design, faculty meetings, examination invigilation, and administrative quality‑assurance tasks.
- Conduct research, write proposals and publications, and engage in faculty governance.
Required profile
- PhD in a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum one year of experience as a full professor, with teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building abilities aligned with AUBH core values.
Required skills
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
