High Jewellery Private Client Specialist

About the role

Al Zain, an international Fine and High Jewellery Maison founded in Bahrain in 1930, is hiring a High Jewellery Private Client Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Muharraq Governorate focused on building and managing relationships with high-net-worth private clients, offering personalised consultations and curating bespoke High Jewellery selections.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private viewings, present collections with deep product knowledge and guide clients through the full purchase journey.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain detailed client profiles and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with design and workshop teams on custom orders.
• Support in-store events and trunk shows.
• Monitor market trends, give feedback on client preferences and uphold the brand's service standards.

Required profile

• Jewelry design and fashion jewelry skills, understanding collections, aesthetics and bespoke creation.
• Customer service expertise to deliver personalized, discreet experiences.
• Knowledge of polishing and craftsmanship processes to explain quality, finishing and care.
• Training capability to share product knowledge with team members.
• Strong sales and clienteling skills, including experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Professionalism, integrity, cultural sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Background in luxury jewellery, watches, fashion or related fields; gemology or jewellery training is a plus.
