About the role
We are seeking a warm and professional Hostess who speaks Arabic to join our dynamic hospitality team in Bahrain. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring smooth seating and reservation management.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and efficiently allocate seating.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Friendly and welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Currently residing in Bahrain.
