About the role

We are seeking a warm and professional Hostess who speaks Arabic to join our dynamic hospitality team in Bahrain. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring smooth seating and reservation management.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and efficiently allocate seating.
Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

Friendly and welcoming personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Currently residing in Bahrain.
