Instructional Designer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences, training materials, and digital education content for a diverse audience. Working remotely, you will collaborate with subject‑matter experts, learning teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective, interactive solutions that align with business and training objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, e‑learning modules, and comprehensive training programs.
• Create clear learning objectives, course structures, assessments, and supporting resources.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Produce multimedia learning experiences using authoring tools and interactive elements.
• Support virtual learning, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through analytics and feedback, recommending improvements.
• Maintain documentation, learning assets, and adhere to instructional design standards.
• Stay current with emerging learning technologies and instructional strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e‑learning, or training development.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and solid project‑management capabilities.
• Experience in corporate training, digital education, or SaaS environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS platforms.
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Canva.
