IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The role covers both entry‑level (Level 1) and senior support functions, providing reliable technical assistance to end‑users and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and follow‑up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems (senior level).
• Administer user accounts, devices, and business applications (senior level).
• Monitor SLA compliance, ticket assignment and support onboarding activities (senior level).

Required profile

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience for junior level support.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience for senior level support.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
