Junior Estimator – Interior Fit‑out Projects

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its interior fit‑out projects in Bahrain. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing supplier quotations and assisting the tendering process for a range of interior contracting works.

Key responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries, assess suitability and record data according to QA procedures.
• Issue RFQs to the supply chain, select appropriate suppliers or manufacturing locations and negotiate best prices.
• Analyse quotes, compare terms and prepare tender analysis for internal review and client presentation.
• Enter detailed cost data to enable contract review and monitor mark‑ups for tender meetings.
• Ensure tender summary sheets are signed off in line with quality‑assurance standards.
• Attend client meetings, hand‑over sessions and support operational and commercial teams with project information.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal‑fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
