About the role

The Lead Presenter will be one of the primary on‑air voices of Radio Bahrain, hosting high‑profile live programmes that blend entertainment, lifestyle, music and topical discussion. This senior‑level role drives audience engagement, shapes daily show content and supports the station’s overall programming strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute live radio shows throughout the week, delivering engaging links with strong storytelling and personality.
• Prepare daily show structures, talking points, music flow and audience interaction mechanics.
• Conduct live and pre‑recorded interviews with guests, artists, public figures and partners.
• Operate studio broadcast systems, timing clocks and technical workflows confidently.
• Collaborate with Programming, Commercial, Digital and Marketing teams to align show output with station objectives.
• Integrate sponsor mentions, branded segments and promotional campaigns naturally on‑air.
• Contribute ideas for new programming features, competitions and special broadcasts.
• Represent Radio Bahrain at external events, outside broadcasts and strategic partnerships.
• Support social‑media and digital content linked to the show and record promos, imaging and commercial reads as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a live radio presenter across multiple formats.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to create compelling, culturally aware content for both local Bahraini and expatriate audiences.
• Excellent on‑air personality, storytelling ability and audience interaction skills.
• Professionalism, cultural sensitivity and commercial awareness.
