About the role
Stranger Soccer is looking for an ambitious individual to become a License Owner & Operator in Bahrain. You will launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally, making football more accessible to the community.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and expand the Stranger Soccer brand in Bahrain.
- Recruit, train and manage a small local team (2‑3 people) supported by Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues and organise regular playing opportunities.
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience.
- Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer headquarters and technology teams.
Required profile
- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow the brand locally.
- Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth.
