About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an ambitious individual to become a License Owner & Operator in Bahrain. You will launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally, making football more accessible to the community.

Key responsibilities

Launch and expand the Stranger Soccer brand in Bahrain.
Recruit, train and manage a small local team (2‑3 people) supported by Official Hosts.
Secure suitable football venues and organise regular playing opportunities.
Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience.
Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer headquarters and technology teams.

Required profile

Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
Experience in management, operations, sales or customer‑facing roles.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow the brand locally.
Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth.
