About the role
We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard guests, staff and assets at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain. The role involves patrolling the property, monitoring security systems and responding swiftly to incidents to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the hotel, assist guests with room access and lock property entrances when required.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems and respond to alerts.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report safety concerns.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS and complete incident reports.
- Defuse guest or employee disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and coordinate with external assistance when needed.
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence, interview parties and maintain confidentiality of all reports.
- Prepare shift summaries and daily activity reports.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb unassisted.
- Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
- Commitment to follow company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality standards.
Required skills
- Closed‑Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring.
- Operation of perimeter alarm and duress alarm systems.
- Fire‑life‑safety system handling.
- First aid and CPR certification.
