Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Collective Creative Agency is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns for clients across hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, real estate, and corporate sectors. This on‑site role in Tubli will involve close collaboration with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, and content deliverables.
• Track timelines, approvals, and project progress using ClickUp.
• Support content planning, scheduling, and social media coordination.
• Liaise with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with client communication and feedback management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, account management, or a creative agency environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
