Marketing Manager CRM

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to drive brand growth and market share for our automotive business in Manama. The role combines strategic brand development, market research, and CRM program implementation to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance brand image and grow market share by implementing effective CRM practices.
• Develop and execute key brand strategies and a comprehensive brand scorecard.
• Conduct at least two brand surveys per year to understand buying patterns and share insights with relevant departments.
• Design action plans covering purchase intention, media mix, and customer loyalty/retention.
• Achieve agreed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) targets.
• Create advertising and promotion plans, monitoring quarterly market‑share performance.
• Manage media spend in line with budget and ensure optimal communication mix.
• Perform market research on brand awareness, loyalty, and consumer behavior for management review.
• Launch interactive programs on the brand’s website and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Initiate CRM programs for existing and potential customers using the customer database.
• Analyze local market conditions and define product and price positioning strategies.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in marketing, sales and after‑sales operations, preferably in the automobile sector.
• Strong brand management and CRM expertise.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams, external agencies and principals.
• Proven report writing and presentation abilities.
• Team player with solid people‑management capabilities.
• Desirable: knowledge of the automotive industry.
