Marketing Manager / Director – Lead Brand & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially‑focused marketing professional to drive brand positioning, customer engagement and sustainable growth. You will shape and execute integrated marketing programmes that align with our business objectives and collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support business and commercial goals.
• Lead annual and campaign‑based planning, budgeting, prioritisation and performance tracking.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, identity and overall market presence.
• Design and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, email, events and other channels.
• Identify target audiences, market trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to generate leads and drive revenue.
• Oversee content strategy, communications and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, conversion and other key metrics.
• Conduct market research, customer insight analysis and competitor monitoring.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and creative partners.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management and digital channels.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and data‑driven decision making.
