About the role
We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, patient acquisition and community engagement for a leading private hospital in Bahrain. The role combines healthcare marketing expertise with digital platform oversight to drive growth and trust within the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to attract and retain patients.
- Oversee the hospital’s digital ecosystem, including website, SEO/SEM, patient portals and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create bilingual (Arabic & English) marketing collateral, ensuring medical concepts are accurately localized.
- Manage public relations, media outreach and influencer partnerships in Bahrain.
- Plan and execute large‑scale health‑related events and community activation programs.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI and patient acquisition costs, adjusting strategies as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a hospital or healthcare setting within Bahrain or the GCC.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of NHRA advertising regulations and medical ethics.
- Proven ability to manage complex events and community initiatives.
