Medical Representative - Pharmaceuticals

About the role

Servier Monde is looking for a Medical Representative in Bahrain to promote its pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The role focuses on product awareness, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other stakeholders, and understanding therapy areas, market dynamics and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of the products.
• Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Ensure the availability and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine.
• Valid license from the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Driver's license and means of transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
