MEP Engineer – High‑rise & Villa Projects (Bahrain)

About the role

A leading construction company in Bahrain seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on high‑rise buildings and large villa projects. The role involves on‑site coordination, monitoring installations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP activities for high‑rise and villa construction projects.
• Monitor MEP installation and construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and other disciplines.
• Review project requirements and ensure execution according to specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Track project progress, identify MEP‑related issues, and provide timely updates.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure completion within timelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in MEP project management or site execution.
• Experience managing MEP works for high‑rise buildings and large villa projects.
• Strong coordination and site‑management abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Age between 25 and 30 years.
