Packaging Multi-skill Technician

About the role

The Packaging Multi-skill Technician will independently operate and maintain packaging equipment within a Mondelēz International plant. Working under autonomous maintenance (AM) standards, you will use your technical expertise to improve line performance and support the company’s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned packaging machines following AM and progressive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Execute all standard work processes on equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and report equipment losses or issues.
• Collaborate with coaching teams to continuously improve line and system performance.
• Participate in safety observations and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Experience operating machines with coaching support.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards for machine operation.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the language used on site.
