QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across our manufacturing and fit‑out projects. You will ensure compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and relevant industry regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Create written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital quality tracking and reporting systems such as dashboards and barcode solutions.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits for joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, recommendations and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead and develop the QA/QC team, providing training and mentorship.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
