Polishing Supervisor – Joinery Department

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Polishing Supervisor to lead the joinery polishing team in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing interior polishing operations, ensuring high‑quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of polishing technicians and coordinate daily work schedules.
• Monitor and control the quality of polished surfaces to meet project specifications.
• Maintain and operate modern polishing machinery and related equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper warehouse management of materials.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on polishing techniques and equipment use.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in interior polishing or joinery finishing.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge of paints and modern polishing machinery.
