Procurement Manager – GCC Region

About the role

Kimberly‑Clark is seeking a Procurement Manager for the GCC region to lead the MRO procurement portfolio and support its manufacturing footprint. The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and operations teams to ensure supply continuity, cost optimisation and strategic supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement partner for the Dammam, Epping and Olayan plants.
• Manage MRO, capital, building services and indirect procurement activities across GCC operations.
• Develop and execute category strategies that secure supply continuity while delivering cost savings and value creation.
• Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and lead supplier performance management initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to translate business needs into procurement solutions.
• Work with regional and global procurement colleagues to leverage scale, best practices and innovation across EMEA.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid data‑interpretation capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing suppliers and conducting commercial negotiations.
• Fluent English.
