Project Manager – Marine Construction

About the role

The Construction Project Manager – Marine will lead the planning, execution and delivery of marine infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and completion of marine construction projects in line with contractual and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, resource plans and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Coordinate activities such as quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, dredging, reclamation, marine piling and offshore civil works.
• Manage procurement, material and equipment availability, and subcontractor resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QMS, local regulations and international best practices.
• Administer contracts, evaluate variations, manage claims and support commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in marine construction, with at least 5 years delivering ports, harbors or offshore civil works.
• Proven experience in contract administration and claims management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for project planning and control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling.
