Project Planner – Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

The Planner will support the planning and scheduling of joinery and furniture manufacturing projects from concept to delivery. Working closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients, the role ensures projects stay on track and material supplies are available.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project timelines, baseline schedules and dashboards.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties.
• Support material and resource coordination, follow‑up on orders and escalation of delivery issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and track production status.
• Contribute to process improvements and propose operational innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with Extension of Time techniques, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Microsoft Project.
