QA-QC Inspector – Civil Construction

About the role

The QA‑QC Inspector will ensure that all civil construction activities meet approved drawings, specifications, Inspection‑Test Plans (ITP) and quality standards. You will maintain accurate inspection records and drive corrective actions for any non‑conformances.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and ITPs.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions.
• Verify materials, conduct testing, and document results.
• Monitor and control the quality of construction activities on site.
• Coordinate inspections and support the QA‑QC team in closing outstanding quality issues.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in civil construction and QA‑QC inspections.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, method statements, inspection reports (IR), NCRs and material inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
