Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and various trades while maintaining regular communication with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out interior finishes.
• Prepare work programs and schedules using MS Projects.
• Generate daily site reports with progress photos and submit to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and manage labour and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades such as MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant teams.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance, reporting any incidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong teamwork, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in daily labour management and customer service.
