QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and relevant regulations. This role reports to senior management and works closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to embed quality best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Create and update written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement and manage digital quality tracking systems, dashboards and barcode inspection tools.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits across joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products, initiate corrective actions and coordinate with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements in line with the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Prepare audit reports, monitor effectiveness of quality procedures and lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends and improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the QA/QC team, providing training and fostering a culture of quality awareness.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage digital quality systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
