QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across our manufacturing and fit‑out projects. You will ensure compliance with ISO9001, FSC and all project specifications while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Create written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital quality tracking systems such as dashboards and barcode solutions.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits for joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products, initiate corrective actions and maintain quality records, ITPs, checklists and method statements.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead and develop the QA/QC team, coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Analyse customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
