Quality & Factory Manager

About the role

Atlas Aluminum is looking for a dedicated Quality & Factory Manager to lead its Manama manufacturing facility. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on production planning, quality control and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality control systems in line with ISO 9001.
• Oversee daily production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate testing, inspections and quality reporting across the factory.
• Drive productivity improvements and operational performance.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the aluminium/facade industry.
• Proven track record in factory and production management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with AAMA and ASTM standards.
• Expertise in factory and production management.
