About the role

Atlas Aluminum is looking for a dedicated Quality & Factory Manager to lead its Manama manufacturing facility. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on production planning, quality control and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and monitor quality control systems in line with ISO 9001.
Oversee daily production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Coordinate testing, inspections and quality reporting across the factory.
Drive productivity improvements and operational performance.
Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the aluminium/facade industry.
Proven track record in factory and production management.
Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Familiarity with AAMA and ASTM standards.
Expertise in factory and production management.
