About the role
Alforsa Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Agent to join our team in Bahrain. You will play a key part in promoting properties, generating leads and guiding clients through the sales or leasing process.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and market properties for sale and rent.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Arrange property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding available properties and client requirements.
- Work towards achieving sales and leasing targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property leasing in Bahrain (preferred).
- Valid Bahrain RERA Sales Agent License (preferred).
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence (preferred).
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
