Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and supporting the office with various clerical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, forward, and record all telephone calls in an orderly manner.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate departments while maintaining a calm reception area.
• Listen to visitor complaints and guide them to the correct channel.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception space.
• Act as the contact point for general maintenance enquiries and issues.
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and basic typing work.
• Receive and dispatch courier packages, ensuring timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers after service or sales visits and collect relevant data.
• Book service appointments and carry out other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or customer‑service role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required.
