Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our café/restaurant in Manama. The successful candidate will ensure high service standards, oversee staff performance, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule restaurant staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain consistent service quality and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cash handling.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and support profitability targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
