About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our café/restaurant in Manama. The successful candidate will ensure high service standards, oversee staff performance, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and schedule restaurant staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Maintain consistent service quality and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate daily operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cash handling.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and support profitability targets.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage management.
Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
