Rooms Department University Internship

About the role

This internship offers university students a hands‑on experience in the Rooms department of The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain. You will work alongside seasoned hospitality professionals and learn how luxury hotel operations are delivered daily.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with front‑desk and guest‑service activities under supervision.
• Support housekeeping coordination and room allocation processes.
• Observe and contribute to the delivery of the brand’s Gold Standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to understand operational workflows.
• Help with administrative tasks such as reporting and data entry related to room inventory.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury hotel operations and guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
