About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate business growth. You will shape sales strategy, nurture client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to capture new opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to maximise performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Results‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience managing sales targets, KPIs and team performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
