Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the hotel's revenue generation by designing and executing strategic sales plans across all market segments. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing accounts, ensuring the hotel’s services are effectively promoted and sold.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic sales plans, set targets and monitor performance.
• Identify process‑optimization opportunities and introduce best practices to stay competitive.
• Prospect new business and nurture existing accounts through calls, site visits and written communication.
• Oversee all sales operations, maximizing revenue across all channels and segments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow market share.
• Stay informed on regional and international market trends and translate them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s products and services to deliver effective sales presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of hotel features, benefits and competitor landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
