About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive the commercial strategy across all segments for a reputed company operating in the petroleum, oil & gas and power sectors in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of Sales Engineers with diverse specialisations.
  • Develop annual sales strategies, set targets and align them with business objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs and conversion rates, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Handle high‑level negotiations and maintain key client relationships.

Required profile

  • 5‑8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in petroleum, oil & gas or power.
  • Diploma or any graduation qualification.
  • Proven ability in sales strategy, team leadership and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
