Sales Manager – Remote (Bahrain)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and acquire new customers. This remote position is based in Bahrain and reports to senior leadership, focusing on building strong client relationships and expanding market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage sales teams to meet revenue and performance targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, territory plans, and revenue projections.
• Monitor sales performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams.
• Conduct customer presentations, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Improve sales processes, methodologies, and team productivity.
• Manage pricing strategies, proposals, contracts, and commercial discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Finance or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
