Salesforce Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead our Salesforce strategy, administration and transformation initiatives. The role will oversee the platform, manage technical and functional teams and ensure that Salesforce solutions support our business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Salesforce strategies aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Manage platform operations, enhancements, configurations, and support, including release and change management.
• Lead a team of administrators, developers, analysts and external implementation partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, finance and other business units to drive CRM improvements.
• Oversee customization, integrations, automation, reporting, dashboards and user experience optimisation.
• Ensure security, data quality, governance and compliance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Plan and manage projects, roadmaps, budgets and resources, and evaluate new Salesforce features.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 8‑12+ years of experience managing Salesforce platforms and enterprise CRM implementations.
• Proven leadership of distributed, fully remote teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
