Security Supervisor / Coordinator (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor / Coordinator to lead remote security operations on a part‑time basis. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring incidents, and ensuring consistent security standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily security activities and operational priorities across assigned functions.
• Monitor reported incidents, security concerns, and operational exceptions, and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Provide guidance and supervision to security personnel and support teams.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, security records, schedules, and documentation.
• Support access‑control, emergency preparedness, and business continuity activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in security operations, supervision, facilities, or a related environment (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of security procedures, operational coordination, and incident management.
• Knowledge of access management, security reporting, emergency procedures, and risk awareness.
• Proficiency in preparing clear reports and maintaining accurate security records.
