Senior Sales Associate

About the role

The Senior Sales Associate will represent the brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge across all brand lines for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and stock norms.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds, and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, store security procedures, and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and well‑groomed at all times.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak sales periods.
• Reliability in following SOPs and maintaining store security.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic cash handling and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory tracking and reporting.
