About the role
The Shift Supervisor role is an operational position responsible for leading the store team during assigned shifts. You will ensure that standards for people, product, cleanliness and an exceptional guest experience are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members, provide direction, train new staff and maintain optimal coverage throughout the shift.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by responding promptly to guest needs, handling complaints and reinforcing positive service behaviours.
- Enforce Tim Hortons operating standards, manage product merchandising, stock levels and shift cash procedures.
- Maintain health and safety compliance, report incidents, use protective equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
- Supervise cashier operations, count tills, process payments and keep checkout areas clean and orderly.
- Complete shift documentation, monitor waste, conduct store walk‑throughs and support the Store Manager in driving sales.
