Skin Care Expert

About the role

The Skin Care Expert will deliver personalized skincare consultations and in‑store treatments, creating a premium beauty experience for customers. This role blends product knowledge, consultative selling and hands‑on facial services to drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations to identify concerns, skin types and beauty goals.
• Recommend tailored skincare and haircare regimens, explaining product benefits, ingredients and usage.
• Perform professional facial and skincare treatments following brand protocols and hygiene standards.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and promotion of new launches.
• Stay updated on skincare trends, product launches and industry developments.
• Support visual merchandising, product presentation and overall store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare, beauty advisory, aesthetics or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Preferred certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
