About the role
The Spa Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a health and beauty spa in Bahrain. Reporting to senior management, the role combines business oversight with direct customer interaction to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all spa operations, including finances, staffing, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa personnel; create weekly work schedules.
- Manage the operations budget, payroll, and inventory of spa products.
- Develop and monitor sales targets, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with local licensing requirements and employment laws.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, measuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Formal education or training related to spa services or massage therapy.
- Understanding of local and state licensing regulations.
- Knowledge of employment legislation at federal and state levels.
