Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a health and beauty spa in Bahrain. Reporting to senior management, the role combines business oversight with direct customer interaction to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa operations, including finances, staffing, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise spa personnel; create weekly work schedules.
• Manage the operations budget, payroll, and inventory of spa products.
• Develop and monitor sales targets, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with local licensing requirements and employment laws.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, measuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
• Formal education or training related to spa services or massage therapy.
• Understanding of local and state licensing regulations.
• Knowledge of employment legislation at federal and state levels.
