Stakeholder Engagement Analyst – Drive Relationships & ESG Impact

About the role

The Stakeholder Engagement Analyst plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining productive relationships between the organization and its diverse stakeholders. This position ensures that stakeholder interests and concerns are understood, addressed, and integrated into the company’s strategic initiatives, particularly in the areas of corporate social responsibility and ESG.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map key stakeholders, analysing their interests, influence, and potential impact on the organization.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
• Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, surveys, and forums to gather stakeholder input.
• Address and resolve stakeholder issues promptly, and communicate outcomes.
• Collect, analyse, and report stakeholder feedback to inform decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare reports for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as PR, Legal, HR, and Corporate Governance, as well as external partners including community groups and government agencies.
• Support sustainability and ESG projects, monitoring effectiveness and recommending improvements.
• Develop and oversee corporate social responsibility programs, philanthropy, and employee volunteering initiatives.
