About the role

The Steward (Heart of House Specialist) supports essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness across multiple departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. You will ensure guests enjoy spotless dining ware and fresh linens while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and laundry areas according to hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the property efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Lift, move, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Required profile

• No high‑school diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience needed.
• No supervisory experience or licenses required.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety guidelines, and maintain professional conduct.
