Supply Chain Team Lead

Calo is expanding its mission of making healthy eating easy across multiple countries. The company seeks a hands‑on Supply Chain Team Lead to own inventory, procurement and planning for a set of assigned markets. This role is high‑impact, data‑driven and essential for operational excellence in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop remote supply‑chain teams across several locations.
• Drive demand and supply planning rhythms, inventory optimisation and country‑level procurement execution.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and ensure continuity of supply while improving cost, quality and service.
• Embed continuous‑improvement practices across processes, systems and ways of working.
• Partner with Operations, New Product Development, Finance and central Supply Chain functions.
• Use data and analytics to identify gaps, reduce waste and improve service levels.
• Travel frequently to support on‑ground teams and strengthen execution.
• Coach, mentor and up‑skill team members to raise overall capability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement or inventory management.
• Emerging leadership experience; experience with remote or multi‑country teams is a plus.
• Background in food, FMCG, retail or high‑volume operations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for remote and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel frequently and thrive in a fast‑paced scaling environment.
