Warehouse Manager / Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to support warehouse operations, process coordination, inventory activities, and operational performance. This part-time remote opportunity is suited to an organized professional who can provide effective oversight while coordinating with warehouse teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and operational workflows.
• Support inventory control, stock accuracy, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, suppliers, and internal business teams.
• Support workforce planning, task allocation, and operational scheduling where required.
• Review warehouse procedures and recommend practical process improvements.
• Monitor stock movements, discrepancies, and operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Support compliance with established safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
• Provide guidance to warehouse personnel and support effective team communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory handling, and operational coordination.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse performance indicators and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in identifying process issues and developing practical improvements.
• Ability to coordinate teams, prioritize tasks, and manage operational deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving capabilities.
